Sara was incredible from day one. She took care of the patient (my boyfriend) as if he was a friend/family. Every time she came into the room, she checked on him and encouraged him in his progress. She always reminded him that each day would get better and told him that what he was feeling was normal. She asked about our relationship, how we met, etc. and she genuinely enjoyed talking with us. What comforted me the most is that she explained things to him and didn't make him feel dumb when he had questions even if it was the 2nd or 3rd time. She also helped keep his parents calm when they were scared. She never made us feel as though we were an inconvenience.
