I don't know, maybe Sarah's not extraordinary. Maybe all your staff are exemplary... But, she was extremely patient with my daughter who was in during detox for alcohol. In addition, she helped us (her parents) understand that her symptoms, while pretty intense, were 'normal' for the process. She remained, throughout the whole shift 7 am to 7 pm (a busy, busy shift), attentive, respectful, thoughtful, and thoroughly professional. Thanks, Sarah. We appreciate you!
