When I first showed up, my spirits were down and I was facing depression and self-pity over my situation. Sarah had a way of being stern and uplifting at the same time. Her attention to detail and willingness to explain details to me made me feel like I had agency over my recovery. She checked every one of the "ALWAYS" principles in my short time under her care.
