Sarah Arp, Memory Care

My husband was a resident of the Good Samaritan Memory Care for over 8 months. Sarah Arp was the nurse in charge of the facility and responsible for the care of all the residents there. Due to her training and oversight of the caregivers there, my husband received excellent care. I felt I could go to her with any requests or questions and she would listen and respond appropriately.

N was treated with kindness and respect in spite of sometimes being difficult to deal with. His care there was excellent. During his final illness, staff came in at least every two hours to change his position and see if there was anything we needed. Thanks to Sarah's training and oversight of her staff, they were always friendly, professional, respectful, and compassionate.
