There is not one single moment when Sarah doesn't perform as a selfless person. She constantly offers assistance in patient care by starting IVs, assisting with transfers, assessing patients when they just don't look right and is quick to research whenever she is unsure. She sets the bar high and demonstrates what the standard of care should be. Every patient appreciates her care. Sarah Belmonte makes me want to be a better person and makes me proud to be a nurse.
