Sarah Beth is so very professional in everything she does in the nursing home, particularly on the Baltray Unit, where she is the CNM. She cares for my mum so well. Over time, I have noticed how she interacts with her colleagues and other residents. Her communication skills are excellent, and she is very hard-working and empathetic to all her residents. She shows great leadership skills to the team. She is so knowledgeable about her work and never hesitates to help any member of the team. It is very clear that she loves her job. She always goes the extra mile for her residents. Sarah is a credit to the nursing profession and is resident-focused at all times.
