Sarah, a nurse on 4 North, was recognized by a patient's family member who was impressed with the care Sarah provided her mother after receiving upsetting news from her physician. The daughter arrived in the room to find Sarah sitting bedside with her mother, embracing her and providing encouragement. These kind acts brought peace to her mother in her time of need, the daughter said.
