Sarah Boulerice, RN

Sarah demonstrates exceptional patient care, modeling Hope Network's values and mission of care for the underserved, by going to a local hospital where a resident was admitted on a Saturday morning to ensure she was able to speak directly with the physician. She advocated for the client’s healthcare needs, as well as the needs of the program, in order to ensure the resident was afforded everything they needed for a positive health outcome. Sarah continued to advocate with the hospital team and worked to provide needed education to the program. Sarah’s care for people shows through every day in the way she advocates and cares for the residents of DCS.
