Sarah, and your whole nursing staff, [has] been amazing. She was on her job, making sure my son and [I were] comfortable and taken care of. She even took the garbage out one night, because of the smell. She’s very compassionate and should be recognized for it. She also noticed my son’s IV was going bad and immediately took care of it. She was very kind when waking my son up through the night, to give him meds or take vitals. Our experience at Children’s was very good, even with the staff shortage. Your nurses go above and beyond for their patients.
