Sarah went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable during my son’s stay. He had burns, she made sure to fully explain everything to me along the process. This was a very stressful situation. Sarah could tell that my son was uncomfortable around strangers but loved fish. She so happened to have a beautiful tattoo that my son loved. She was the fish lady. Every time she came in, they talked about all sorts of fish. Which distracted him from everything going on. I am so thankful for all the small things she did for me and my son.
