I want to recognize Sarah for her outstanding teamwork and excellence. She and I had a mutual patient who was awaiting surgery whom she needed to bring to me on my floor. This particular patient was not the "normal" patient that I was used to having. Sarah knew this and not only did she answer all of the questions that I had for her, but she also helped me to provide good care to the patient. I think that she is a wonderful example of how we should interact from floor to floor. I really appreciated the help that she gave me.
