I came in through the ER via ambulance ride. Got to the hospital and was transferred from the ER to MICU. All I could see or hear was this little "short" smiling angel asking me can you hear me? While squeezing my hand. I woke up not knowing where I was or why I was there. She was there putting in IVs and making sure I was comfortable while checking my vital signs. It was because of her smile and the tone she used that I would have let her do anything because her voice could melt an iceberg. I am no stranger to hospitals, and I feel that a pleasant tone of voice and a real smile is the best prescription you can get while you are sick in a hospital. Miss Sarah stands out above them all!
