Sarah is an Extraordinary Nurse. It would take more space on the nomination form to list everything she does well. She follows up immediately and responds to inquiries effectively and with great understanding, care, and professionalism. I was impressed the first time I met with her, and she continued to distinguish herself throughout my treatment.
