Sarah Chapasko 3, BSN, RN

Sarah has been more helpful to me during this whole process of cancer treatment, the last six months. She has answered every question I had, even if I asked it more than once. I had trouble with my FMLA papers multiple times, and she fixed them and returned them to Sedgwick for approval. Sarah replied to my questions promptly, I had sent through the portal, and she was able to understand what I couldn't put into words. She also filled out the paperwork for grant money for the costly medications I was given. She is the best, most attentive, and caring nurse I have had at the multiple doctors’ offices I frequent. She has a beautiful, loving, compassionate smile, and a soft, caring voice that made me think I was her only patient. Thank you for a job well done.
