Sarah Chapman, RN

I had someone very close to me in distress. I had never been in this type of situation and did not know what to do. I called the night shift supervisor, Sarah Chapman, and explained what happened. I had to hang up due to circumstances at the time, and Sarah then used her personal phone to contact me through Messenger. She got my address and phone number, called dispatch, and informed them of my crisis. She continued to keep in contact with me and kept dispatch updated on what was going on. This went on for almost two hours. Sarah kept me calm during a very scary and frightening ordeal, and without her intervention, I don’t know how this would have ended. Sarah went above and beyond and is a fantastic example of how we are not just co-workers but family at GCGH!
