Sarah Cook consistently provides outstanding care for her patients, going above and beyond to provide support and encouragement to those in need. Sarah recognized in a homeless teenage mother, who placed her baby up for adoption, the need for support and encouragement. Sarah got the young woman help from Social Services and raised money to help her get supplies and medicine needed for post-partum care.

Every day, Sarah seeks out people in need and provides them with love. She has bought lunches for elderly people in the cafeteria, has aided co-workers in need of support and leads in fundraising, such as Angel Tree, to help them.
