Sarah Cook, RN

Sarah is a nurse navigator for my doctor. She was so knowledgeable and helpful before, during, and after my knee preplacement surgery in September. She did my online pre-operative class and came in to see me the morning after my surgery. I called her several times before and after my surgery with questions and she always answered them or got me the information I needed. She was my “go-to” person.
