Sarah was not my mom’s immediate care nurse, but she told my mom how great she looked while we were walking the hall, which was the catalyst for some small but huge changes in my mom’s care and mental health. In that conversation, we talked about Mom’s day and her love for the outdoors while Sarah shared a cute story about her personal life and went on our way. A little gesture with a significant impact on us. Sarah had put a plan in place that put the biggest smile on my mom’s face and warmed our hearts. She continued to follow up and check-in, which created a great impression overall.
