Sarah had not been able to reach the patient by phone and after speaking with her emergency contact who had requested that Sarah enter the house as she was concerned. Sarah crawled under a garage door of the patient's home and found that patient had fallen sometime in the past 24 hours. She had a BS of 42 and was admitted to the hospital with hypothermia, pneumonia and AMS.
