Sarah Dehkordi, RN

We had a PCA who unexpectedly left during our shift. It was busy and I needed someone to assist the covering PCA with a shower for our patient. Sarah always goes above and beyond, but on this day she made sure to go even further. She assisted the PCA in giving a shower while I was busy taking care of other matters for my patients. She is always willing to help, always calm during a storm, and helps to grow and strengthen her team by setting an exceptional example. I feel honored to have her as a leader.
