Sarah is a wonderful team player. Tonight a nurse unexpectedly had to go home and that nurse had a tough assignment plus an admission on the way. Sarah volunteered to take the complicated patient and new admission bringing her patient load to six on dayshift which is a huge feat. This is not the first time Sarah has done things like this. Every time I am charge nurse, she always helps, supports, and makes the job easier. Thank you, Sarah, for all you do! Division 6600 is lucky to have you on the team.
