I have had numerous surgeries and have stayed in five different hospitals over the years, so I am pretty familiar with hospital care. I can tell you that Sarah is an exceptional nurse. Sarah was kind, considerate, and caring. She always kept me informed of everything pertaining to my medications, recovery, and my discharge. I felt respected and heard as a patient.
Sarah always had a smile on her face, never rushed, and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I could possibly need. She explained my care options thoroughly, including my options for pain management, and helped me make informed decisions about my care. Sarah was confident, competent, and compassionate. I want to thank Sarah for her professionalism and dedication to her chosen field. She is a tremendous asset to Providence St. Vincent Medical Center and a true godsend to her patients. From the bottom of my heart - I want to thank her for making my stay at St. Vincent Medical Center so much better than all the rest.
