Sarah is clinical educator at the Trust currently supporting the work at the Vaccination Centre assessing professional competencies of vaccinators coming through the workforce. Sarah has single handedly assessed 100 newly trained vaccinators in over a 4-week period alongside her substantive duties. She is a critical member of the workforce in successfully getting vaccinators through the training pods and competent in vaccinating the community of Leeds against Covid-19. Sarah is always engaged, helpful, and supportive to make sure each new vaccinator can be accommodated making her assessments person centred to each individual.
