The ultimate cheerleader for safe, reliable care- continually celebrating successes and constructively holding us accountable to provide care in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulations. I am honored to nominate Sarah Ford, Senior Specialist for Accreditation Program. Sarah remains curious about safety gaps and misses and uses a contagious positivity to keep us rooted in delivering excellence, speaking up, and naming issues when observed.
Her work is an anomaly of seamlessly promoting safe care practices, preventing injuries/issues and at the same time already has immediate intervention plans in place to remedy unsafe situations. Her development of BEE ready tip sheets empowers teams to feel prepared and supported in speaking to the quality of the work we provide.
She is adaptable, flexible, nimble, and professional when navigating visits from The Joint Commission or MDH. Continually grateful for the way she leads ANW in delivering excellence. Thank you, Sarah, for all your work highlighting how we are all better together.
