Sarah Franklin, RN

Sarah is the most wonderful, compassionate nurse! The whole unit is fantastic, but Sarah’s compassion and knowledge really showed through while caring for my mom. She really took the time to get to know each family member and talk to us down at our level to make sure we understood what was happening. She shared with us her story of how her son went through something similar and we really had such a connection. Sarah was there the one day my mom was awake which we thought was a turning point and she celebrated with us too. Sarah was there later on other days when we realized my mom was not going to recover. Even when she was not assigned to her room she would stop by and check on us every day she was there. She went above and beyond in every aspect and we are so grateful she was my mom’s nurse!
