Sarah was sunshine to me and my husband. She addressed his concerns with positivity and worked diligently to address his issues. The first morning she asked him how he was doing and he said he was in pain. She said our goal is to take care of that today. She was very caring and her joyful spirit is what we needed. She worked closely with the doctors to ensure his needs were met. The second day she helped with his shower when the CNA was working with someone else. She is an excellent nurse. My husband is demanding and can be difficult. She developed a rapport with him very quickly that aided in his recovery. Shannon is blessed to have her.
