My mom was brought to the ED after some testing indicated critical levels of lactic acid. My mom hates even going to doctors and was so upset with what was happening. Sarah was amazing. She calmed my mom and was so compassionate. My mom had an accident which was so embarrassing, but Sarah helped my mom to feel less degraded and more dignified. We ended up getting admitted and my mom didn’t fight it because I think she felt safe and cared for especially because of the care she received from Sarah. Thank you and God bless you.
