Nurse Sarah showed excellent bedside manner and patient care. She always came in before the call light could be answered over the intercom. She was very caring and compassionate towards my daughter and me as this was our first admission. She took care to make sure my daughter was at ease before she performed any of her tasks.
My daughter pulled out her IV and Sarah was here to help immediately and got the situation under control, all while keeping my daughter calm and happy. I also had a mishap that same day, and she showed concern for me as well although I was not the patient.
