Sarah H Allen, RN

I am a nurse on 4 South and I started in January. Some days are harder than others, but I have never had this hard of a day. Sarah was right by my side all day. She demonstrated organization in the code blue we were a part of and leadership by teaching me new things all day whilst having a student on orientation. She was compassionate by reassuring me I could get through the day and teamwork. She did not let me fail. Whenever I came to her for help, she was always positive and willing to lend a hand. She is the best nurse I have worked alongside. Not only does she care about her patients, she cares about her coworkers. She is the sweetest, most patient, giving nurse. She has the best qualities a nurse should have. She is extraordinary!
