My 11-year-old daughter said to me, "If I ever work in a hospital, I want her job". I asked why and she said, "because she's happy". I have been hospitalized a lot as has my husband. She is the first to actually seem to fully love her job the whole shift; kind, caring, funny, informative, and respectful. She connected with us on a nurse level but also like our best friend level. I will actually miss her when we leave.
