When my wife was having anxiety attacks about 4am, Sarah wrapped her in a blanket in a wheel chair and took her to the 9th floor lobby to view the Christmas tree and look out the windows. This helped her considerably. She did not get much sleep even with all the pills that were prescribed. We really did appreciate Sarah going to the extra effort to help calm her nerves.
