Sarah is always kind, caring, and compassionate and really takes the time to listen to needs and complaints without judgment. When taking care of a very difficult patient recently, Sarah spent so much time talking and listening and was so patient with her all night. This patient was actually kind to staff because of Sarah. She truly exemplifies what a nurse should be and is a great role model.
