Sarah J Andrews, RN

Sarah has been extraordinary to not just me but every patient she has had while I’ve been on the unit. She took care to the next level. There were a lot of times when she was so patient with me when I first came to Avera Behavioral. Worked with me explaining each med and came to my room to check even though I wasn’t on her list for the day. She goes above and beyond and connects with her patients on a personal level. She gave me so much compassion when I needed someone to talk to. Shared with me her story as well and made me feel not so alone. I want to recognize her for extraordinary compassion and care.
