Sarah Kiley, RN

During my short time as Director of Nursing over the Women's Care Unit, L&D, and NICU, it has been crystal clear what a compassionate, effective, and caring leader Sarah is, and for this reason, I would like to nominate her. She inspires her people to deliver great care. She has been instrumental in bringing huge patient satisfiers to the unit, such as Angel Eyes, so that parents can watch their babies by video stream at home. She collaborated to start a donor/milk program for babies. Every day, she offers her team support, guidance, and expertise. She gives encouragement to parents who experience loss and unknown length of stays. She is the utmost professional, giving herself to her team and staff. She is accountable, present, empathetic, and passionate about her work.
