Sarah Krei, RN

From the moment she walked into my room, I could sense that Sarah had a real passion for the patients she takes care of. She was very receptive and responsive to all my questions and requests. I loved how we talked about different stories as if we were friends outside of the hospital. I never felt like she was in a rush to get out of my room, and in fact, she pulled the stool over to my bed multiple times just to chat with me. I really appreciated that because my husband was in and out a lot of the time.

Sarah was very knowledgeable, and I had no worries about her ability to take care of me. She explained procedures and policies well and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. I was excited when Sarah was my nurse the next morning in a different unit. She did a great job checking in on me, but also letting me be with my family. If I come back to the hospital, to this unit, I hope to get Sarah again because she truly made the experience pleasant. Thanks so much!
