My daughter had surgery at ExcellENT. From check-in to check-out, we received excellent care. All staff were extremely kind, considerate and comforting, not only with my daughter but with all patients around us. One nurse, in particular, who was extraordinary was Sarah Krueger. Sarah cared for my daughter as if she was her own child. As soon as I walked back into the post-op area I saw Sarah leaning over her, rubbing her tummy, gently stroking her hair, speaking very softly to her explaining to her why she was feeling the way she was. As a mother, I knew this was the best way to comfort my child. It brought such relief to me as an anxious parent that she was in the hands of a professional who not only understood what was needed medically but emotionally as well.
