She makes me feel better in the fact she listens to me. If she does not understand something I say, she makes sure she is on the same page without a doubt before doing anything else. She is kind and truly cares. You can tell she loves her job. She makes sure that all my needs are met. She tells me what she is doing and why. She is calm and cheerful.
