Sarah was with us for two days, the second of which we had to make the decision to say goodbye to our dad. She made sure we had everything we needed and answered any questions we had. She stayed in our room as long as we needed her and made sure our dad was comfortable. It was one of the hardest days of our lives but having her there helped. You are very lucky to have her as part of your staff.
