Sarah Long tries to go above and beyond with her patients. She thinks ahead for their wants/needs. Sarah had a confused patient who wanted to go for a ride. Sarah walked the patient out to the parking lot and bought Italian Ices for herself and the patient - just a little example of Sarah doing her job going above and beyond caring for her patients.
