I had Sarah as my nurse on Wednesday. I had been in the hospital since that Monday, going through a 25-week miscarriage. It was the worst thing I have experienced. Sarah was so attentive from the beginning. She was friendly and sensitive to my situation. I felt seen and cared for. She helped me be as comfortable as I could and talked me through everything. She answered all the questions we had and was also making sure my husband was taken care of. She made sure to explain things to me, and that helped me a lot. I was terrified, but she was always calm. I ended up giving birth to my sleeping baby that afternoon, and she was there the entire time, took good care of my baby, and let us get pictures. She took care of me after, and I really appreciate her so much. We will forever be grateful for her patience and care.
