All of our nurses from delivery to discharge were great, so for Sarah to stand out is already impressive. Mom was having no luck urinating after surgery. Sarah used all kinds of tricks and cheerleading to get the urination to work. Sarah and Sue had to put in a temporary catheter. They were both as supportive as could be. Coming down to the next deadline to put in an overnight catheter mom finally pee'd. We're not sure if mom or Sarah was happier.
Sarah checked in after her shift and again two days later when we weren't even her patient. In short, Sarah rocks!
