Sarah Malec, RN
Sarah took her time this morning, helping talk down a suicide patient who has had a lot of loss in her life and doesn't see a point anymore. I was able to witness Sarah actually take the time to connect and redirect the patient that things do get better and it's best to take it one day at a time.
Thank you, Sarah, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
