Our daughter, at age 15 had diabetic ketoacidosis and was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes which landed her at St. Vincent Medical Center. Sarah's skill and compassion were exceptional. When our daughter had to give herself her first insulin shot, Sarah tenderly talked her through the difficult process. Sarah also did an excellent job teaching us about diabetes and prepared us to leave the hospital. Sarah went above and beyond for us and is an outstanding person.
