Service of the Poor: You can never feel "poor" working with Sarah. Her smile and kindness to the patients and staff are contagious and welcoming.
Reverence: Sarah shows respect and compassion for all patients, whether she's in the Emergency Department, Medical/Surgical Unit or Outpatient Surgery. This is a variety of social and economic classes, all of which get Sarah's complete attention.
Integrity: I can personally attest when Sarah is my float nurse she is ah-mazing! She runs to the pharmacy for me, assists the Certified Nursing Assistants, and passes medications. A true team player, which the patients can see and feel.
Wisdom: Sarah is very knowledgeable and is very thorough in outpatient surgery. She really takes the time to make sure the patients understand instructions.
Creativity: I work weekends with Sarah and our team is very creative in making our assignments work with minimal staff.
Dedication: Sarah has taken on a new role in the Operating Room. And she was the only one to pass the Operating Room test on the first try. Nice work!
