During my 5 day stay on 5EW, I found Sarah to be exceptionally professional and caring in her treatment. She was very helpful in answering my questions and was willing to go "the extra mile". She searched out and brought me information on the cardiac diet. When she could tell that I might feel better with clean hair she brought me a shampoo cap which made me feel so much better. I was very appreciative of her making that happen. She proved herself capable of handling a crisis situation when I went into A-Fib. Her demeanor and actions reassured me. As the stay went on I felt that Sarah was not only an excellent nurse but a friend who cared about my well-being.
