Sarah is a dedicated, hardworking and very caring lady. I cannot thank her enough for her positive and effective support. She has gone over and beyond her need for me. She did in one morning, what my mum and I have been trying to achieve for past few years and intensely in the past 6 months. Sarah really took the time to listen and understand my situation and offer the most highly effective and knowledgeable advice and support. She knew who to contact, what to say, and how to be heard in a diplomatic way. She has helped me to gain my independence back so that when home I can support my daughter (also disabled) and live as part of my family and to also live as a member of society. She has helped me to gain my freedom to live instead of just existing. I was almost at the point of no return in the concept of my mental health and from being left housebound. As to which I would have done 'something'' just to stop my pitiful pathetic existence. With Sarah's positive, highly effective, dedicated, caring support, I can now live. I can never thank her enough for what she has done for me, my daughter and mum.
