Sarah goes above and beyond to assist with computer/ISD concerns. She dives in to get to the root of the problem. She listens, understands, and does not pass judgment. There have been multiple times over the years that Day Stay nurses have had concerns/difficulties; since the arrival of Sarah to Katy, the nurses have been empowered. She has provided a sense of ownership to empower the nurses in the trenches and to assist the doctors with their frustrations of the computer. We know we can call or email Sarah at a moment's notice and she will help us, answer a question, and if she does not know the answer she let's us know and finds out the answer! Sarah is a nurse that deserves this award!
