Sarah goes above to assist with computer/ISD concerns. She dives in to get to the root of the problem. She listens, understands and does not pass judgement. There have been multiple times over the years that day-stay nurses had concerns/difficulties. Since the arrival of Sarah to Katy, the nurses have been empowered. She has provided a sense of ownership to empower the nurses in the trenches, to assist the Doctors with their frustrations on the computer. We know we can call or email Sarah at a moment's notice and she will help us answer questions and if she does not know the answer, she lets us know and finds out the answer.
