After going through admittance process and being assigned to a room, the receiving nurse and her aid settled me in my room. I did not know for sure what to expect, but I felt I would be well taken care of by whomever would be assigned to take care of me.
My nurse greeted me in a professional kind manner, and yet made me feel at ease and comfortable in my new environment. She took the time to sit with me and explain my plan and all my procedures that were necessary for me to prepare myself as a patient. She has a personality that is warm, congenial, compassionate, and caring. I am grateful for her kindness and caring manner while under her care.
I feel I was in the care of someone who loves her job and performs it with the highest of expectations. She reflects all that is good on her profession.
