However, I want to specifically commend Sarah Pearce, RN, the Orthopedic and Spine Surgery Program Coordinator. She was an amazing resource for us as we moved through and past the process of hospitalization and surgery, I have contacted her twice since our return home and she still has remained extremely helpful.
Her care, enthusiasm, friendly personality, genuine interest in us, knowledge, available to answer questions, plus her personal caring manner made the whole experience quite positive. I want to let you and her supervisors know how important she is in our recommending Good Samaritan to others and our returning to the facility if needed. Thank you for employing such wonderful people.
